Now take that breath...🙂

Action for Happiness@actionhappiness

Deep breath in. Deep breath out. Remember you’re only human and it’s ok if life feels heavy right now

@ThinkSimplicity I’m going low-key with my Christmas jumper today and I’d love to win £300 for @Headway_Dundee, a brain injury charity that are an amazing support to me

Behavioural changes after brain injury are many and varied. Some appear to be an exaggeration of previous personality characteristics, while others may seem completely out of character for that person. Headway East Lothian

Please be aware of scam/fake messages from people, even those you know, asking for financial help.

Remember to be careful if someone:
• you don't know contacts you out of the blue
• you've never met in person asks for money
• you do know asks for money unexpectedly
• asks you to pay for something or to give them money through unusual payment methods such as gift cards, wire transfers or cryptocurrency
• asks you to pay for something in advance - especially through an unusual payment method
• asks you for personal information, like your bank details or password, or access to your computer
• pressures you into buying something or making a decision quickly
• offers you something that sounds too good to be true - like a prize for winning a competition, an online shopping deal, an unclaimed inheritance or an invitation to invest in an 'amazing' scheme.

Be safe online everyone, if in doubt, step away, think about it, delete
